Implementation of the Logo...

First off let me say Happy New Years to everyone, hope you guys have a safe and fun one.

I am not one to get into politics and what not but while it was plastered on TV, Billboards, Newspapers, and basically everywhere... the Obama Logo really caught my eye. I thought it was very creative and refreshing compared to previous presidential logos.

So, while checking out the usual blogs fellow Graphic Designer Chris at The Warfare Collective posted a very interesting one of how the Obama Logo became a status symbol of Hope and Change. I thought it was very interesting and love how logos go from concepts to be known around the world.

Would've loved to be part of this.

Its Over Leave It!......

One of my favorite songs off the Seeing Sounds album is "Sooner or Later" its just one of those songs that has you rockin' your head back and forth... with your eyes closed while the melody stimulates your ears and all of the sudden everything comes crashing down!!!..with the drum and cymbals that is.

Today McDonalds had a funny commercial with an RnB dude singing. Check it out.

Good weekend...

My weekends have been really really boring lately with not much to do anymore. My weekends consist of relaxing and making a butt indention into the couch while watching DVDs and playing Madden 09. This weekend had a slight exception instead of sitting in on a Sunday morning watching NFL football I got my butt up and did something semi-productive. Took advantage of the nice sunny day and headed to City to do a photoshoot with the DAMJN crew and a local Bay Area group Ivy Leegue.

Turn out was alright with only 1 model but I did what I could do and got some good shots. The whole scene was productive though, felt semi-famous or if I was in some professional photoshoot with professional models/rappers/actors. So within a week or so you'll see some of the outcome of my mini shoot. I was not the main photographer but if you know me I try to take advantage of whats there to better my photography skills. Got some great shots of the model also! Hope to do some more like this soon. Great experience and to top it off... some great bbq!

Feenin' for that Crack....Heroes that is...

Heroes will be back from its day off and hopefully wont disappoint (when does it ever?). So far Season 3 has been very good with the dark theme of Villains. Everyones a bad guy and it has you standing out of your seat anticipating for the next episode.

Notable villains:


Back from his Vacation and hard life of being a Drug Lord. Marlo Stanfield is back again causing havok and still telling his goons what to do.



Heroes can't just only have a drug lord so they put in a former druggie. After killing Sherrod hes out there killing Neighbors with his Vortex. Crack is a hellava drug if he thinks can throw people into the black hole.



This guy wasn't in The Wire but he would've been an extra from the Docks or something. Out of all of the Villains I think this guy has the best powers out of them all. The Puppet Master can control you and make you do whatever he likes.

Yes We Can.......hopefully....

I am not really one to get into politics and all that... and yes I didn't even vote (lynch me if needed or no comment me) but I thought these series of pictures was pretty cool. Could be staged or done on purpose but the message behind it makes you think.

Hi remember me?

I know you've missed me. I just lost touch with bloggin' all together but ill try my best to give you that "daily" verbage! Maybe I should change that huh?! Oh well. Todays tasty treat is APPLES and Peanut Butter. I've been eating these two combos for the past few mornings for breakfast. Weird? Maybe... Tasty? Most definitely! Try it out and let me know if I am the only one.
